This year’s Incentive Summit Americas saw participants poke around the spring-filled wonders of Stowe, Vermont: a town that was a hit with attendees as an up-and-coming incentive travel destination, in line with recent �鶹��ý research.

Here’s a snapshot look at more of what shaped this year's Incentive Summit Americas event in Stowe.

A is for Alpine Club — it might seem odd to start a “best of” post with one of the final moments from this year’s event, but this gorgeous wooden-toned venue was the perfect close to the program. And hey, we don’t dictate the order of the alphabet!

Attendees added: A can also stand for “amazing location!”

B is for “Best of Stowe” — one of the favorite optional tours offered during this year’s Incentive Summit. Guides Rick and Marina kept the commentary flowing, with offering a range of tours to showcase Stowe. 

C is for craft brewing — one of Stowe’s most bustling industries, with plenty on tap for Incentive Summit guests to partake in during their time in town (including alcohol-Free options). 

D is for Destination North — our that helped operate this program. Thank you to the team for arranging transport, tours, and so many more elements of this year’s Summit, including items that start with letters other than T, too!

E is for experiential gifting — with all of this year’s Incentive Summit Americas gifting partners bringing products onsite for attendees to try out, enjoy, and take home. 

Attendees added: E can also stand for a destination that’s “enlightening,” “entertaining,” and “engaging.”

F is for first-time attendees — more than 50 of this year’s Summit participants joined us at the event for the first time. Welcome to �鶹��ý! 

Attendees added: F can also stand for “fun destination.”

G is for the Green Mountains — with world-class ski slopes and the incredibly scenic Byway that winds you through Stowe and its surrounds. 

H is for highland cows — absolute darlings that stole many attendees’ hearts during one of this year’s optional Summit activities. 

I is for ice cream — with Vermont the home of Ben & Jerry’s, and Stowe a short drive away from the Ben & Jerry’s factory tour: a side quest several attendees made during this year’s event. 

J is for jokes — this year’s keynote speaker Victoria Matey encouraged attendees to bring humor into incentive marketing efforts, as one . 

K is for Noah Kahan — one of Vermont’s most well-known residents and a staple on our event this year.

L is for the Lodge at Spruce Peak — our 2025 host destination partner, which served as a cozy homebase: decked out with pefect mountain lodge vibes! 

M is for maple syrup — a product you can’t miss when in Vermont, whether you’re planning incentive-friendly BEOs, or taking a more . 

N is for networking — a comment that surfaced many times from attendees when asked what resonated most about the event.  

O is for Over Easy — a quick way to get up the slopes via cable car, for those who chose to ski or snowboard during this year’s Incentive Summit. 

P is for Pico Taco — one of the top onsite eateries at the Lodge at Spruce Peak that proved to be a popular spot between sessions and during our opening evening, too.

Attendees added: P can also stand for a �鶹��ý event that’s “productive.” 

Q is for quality time — we made sure to build plenty of free and unstructured time into this year’s Incentive Summit agenda, to give attendees natural openings to form new connections and build business relationships. 

R is for raclette — another ooey-gooey favorite from our opening evening of dinearounds, and a must-have when winds blowing briskly like they were that evening!

Attendees added: R can also stand for “refreshing,” when asked what they thought of the event and host destination selection. 

S is for snow — yes, we did see flakes and flurries (in between a few rain drops, too), even in early April! Be sure to bundle up, if you’re considering a Vermont incentive travel reward in early-mid spring. 

Attendees added: S can also stand for “stimulating” or “simply lovely,” when asked to describe Stowe.

T is for terrific teamwork — virtually every single Vermonter we met went above and beyond to be incredibly friendly and make sure we felt welcome; an experience that adds immeasurable value to any incentive program.

U is for Unbridled, with representing some of the masterminds behind the 2025 event planning process. Thank you for shaping this superior Summit experience! 

Attendees added: U can also stand for “unique destination to experience!”

V is for the von Trapp Family Lodge & Resort — another clear attendee favorite, with plenty of opportunities to explore the property and mingle with members of . 

Attendees added: V can also stand for “valuable,” with participants strongly agreeing the Summit was a good use of their time and in-person event budget. 

W is for Whistle Pig — an excellent spot at the Lodge at Spruce Peak that played host to a couple of events onsite during this year's Summit and a local distillery to sample wares from, too! 

X is for xtra secret experiences — with some attendees enjoying the Lodge’s speakeasy after formal programming wrapped up each night!
