Here are the destinations where we have events planned for the year ahead, giving you plenty of opportunities to connect, learn, discover, and shape the future of incentive travel together with us.

2025 dates: March 3-6 (open, ticketed event)

2025 destination: Tulum, Mexico

Who goes: hundreds of �鶹��ý members and friends from around the world and all across the incentive travel industry 

Why come?

Exchange ideas and make new connections via our fresh 2025 education session formats, discover engaging new ideas from vibrant keynote speakers, and benefit from a plethora of chances to connect directly with all facets of the �鶹��ý community. 

2025 dates: April 1-4 (closed, invite-only event)

2025 destination: Stowe, Vermont, USA

Who goes: North American-based hosted buyers and global incentive travel suppliers

Why come?

As the seasons change, so, too, does the world of incentive travel. Join us on the slopes of the “Ski Capital of the East” to explore an emerging incentive destination that’s finding new ways to reward top qualifiers. 

2025 date: May 19 (open, ticketed event on the night before IMEX Frankfurt begins) 

2025 destination: Frankfurt, Germany 

Who goes: IMEX attendees (including plenty of �鶹��ý members and friends!) looking for a buzzy night of networking to kick off a busy week in Frankfurt
