Â鶹´«Ã½ and Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation are excited to announce two open positions on our global association team.

We’re looking for two committed professionals who share our dedication to realizing Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s vision of building and bridging cultures through the transformative power of motivational travel experiences. The Director of Events is responsible for the design and delivery of designated live and virtual events that make Â鶹´«Ã½ stand out as a leader in innovative, transformative, and high-impact programming for our members, partners, and the incentive travel community. 

This role manages the overall choreography of an event portfolio that includes approximately 10 external events annually, from conception to final program debrief, ensuring results achieve attendee satisfaction, revenue goals, and brand value for both Â鶹´«Ã½ and the Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation. This suite of events includes both live multi-day and single day events, plus virtual programming.

Additionally, this full-time position will oversee the delivery of approximately 5 internal events annually for the Â鶹´«Ã½ and Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation Board and other teams as required.

The Sourcing Relations Manager is responsible for sourcing the destinations and partners that wish to invest in hosting and supporting the front-facing events that drive our vision and empower the Â鶹´«Ã½ community.

Working in tandem with the Head of Business Development and supporting the Director of Events, the Sourcing Relations Manager is the initial conduit or follows on leads from the destinations and partners that help bring our events to life. 

This part-time contract position initiates and manages the RFP process for approximately 15 Â鶹´«Ã½ and Â鶹´«Ã½ Foundation internal and external events. 

Additionally, the role will enhance value to our events through additional elements of opportunity for sponsor recognition.
