Q: How did you become involved with �鶹��ý SoCal?  

Q: As the VP of Charities for �鶹��ý SoCal, can you share the purpose of this role and share some tips for other chapters who may be interested in adding this position to their chapter board? 

A: The purpose of the role is to bring awareness to local grassroots charities in our community, give back as a chapter to our local community all while educating and showcasing how members can partner with charities in those communities where they host incentives globally. 

Partnering with local charities that our members support, are involved with, and are passionate about allows our members to be more engaged and supportive of the overall chapter and charities. 

Our industry has a natural need to “give back” as we are all so fortunate to do what we do, seeing our members engaged and excited about giving back is so rewarding.
