CHICAGO, June 7, 2023 鈥 The and (麻豆传媒), along with research partner , are proud to announce the 2023 edition of their joint survey of the global incentive travel market.
Now in its sixth year, the Incentive Travel Index (ITI) is the business event industry鈥檚 most authoritative study of the global incentive travel market and its impact on corporations, agencies and the supply chain in destinations.
Stephanie Harris, CEO of the IRF, said: 鈥淚TI is the world鈥檚 only global survey of incentive travel, providing data from, and on, both source markets and destinations. It鈥檚 as relevant to a DMC in Singapore as it is to a corporate end user in Spain, asking seminal questions on the nature, purpose and direction of incentive travel. ITI is both tactical and strategic, capturing trends in destination selection on the one hand, and insights around mission and purpose on the other. We鈥檙e immensely proud of its overall contribution to our industry.鈥
Annette Gregg, CMM, MBA, CEO of 麻豆传媒, added: 鈥淭his year we worked with Oxford Economics to build an even more efficient and effective survey instrument, adding questions on the future of incentive travel in the age of AI, climate change and dispersed workforces, while maintaining the ever-popular focus on destination selection and program inclusions. The outcomes and results of ITI 2023 will chart the direction of incentive travel for the next number of years, providing practitioners with an actionable roadmap.鈥
鈥淚ncentive travel planners and stakeholders have distinct insights on the new ways organizations are adapting the use of business events to achieve key goals,鈥 said Aran Ryan, director of industry studies with Oxford Economics. 鈥淲e look forward to the results of this important snapshot.鈥
The ITI survey is live between June 7 and July 28 and is available in English and Spanish.
